Data and purposes
- Contact requests: identity, contact details, organisation and message content so that we can reply.
- Professional accounts: identity, contact details, role and authentication information to secure access to the organisation's workspace.
- Tours and sales enquiries: journey viewed, selections, estimate and callback request so that the relevant agency receives the context.
- Billing: identity and contact details needed to manage the subscription.
- Security: technical data and logs strictly necessary to prevent abuse and protect the service.
Artificial intelligence assistance
VisioImmo limits AI to preparation tasks: suggesting a label and type for a detected room, or proposing a furnishing concept from a brief and the existing catalogue. AI does not create a room, set a price, publish or qualify a lead in place of the user.
The agency brief is a free-text field and must not contain personal data. Users must not enter names, contact details or other information that can identify a person.
Service providers and transfers
Depending on the function used, the platform may use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms, CinetPay for payments and Resend for transactional email. The configurable AI engines are OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic for the two tasks described above.
Transfers of personal data outside Senegal must comply with the procedures and safeguards required by Senegalese law, including prior notification to the Personal Data Protection Commission where required.

Cookies and analytics
The public website does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Mechanisms strictly required for security or an authenticated session are kept separate from trackers that require consent.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of Senegalese Law no. 2008-12, you may request access, correction, objection or deletion of your personal data. Send your request to contact@scalixir.com or to the publisher's postal address. Proof of identity may be requested when necessary to secure the response.
